Fresh bread on Fridays

Our verandah in Kalk Bay has become a sun-warmed space of laughter, learning and the smell of hot baking bread.  Jeremy, AKA Jedd's Handcrafted, has his own BREADshop in the making, ensuring that the model can be replicated by people at both ends of the pyramid.

He's baking ciabatta with freshly milled grains, rye and wholegrain sourdoughs.  We'll let you know when there is bread available.

In the meantime, we're doing one thing at a time, today is baking.
